In February 2023, Platfor.ma released the book “Ukraine: 50 Symbols of Resistance” – about phenomena, personalities, events, and even memes of our struggle. The illustrations were created by the Ukrainian artist and designer Maria Kinovych. One of the readers’ favorite works became the one illustrating the symbol “Humor” – a reinterpretation of the “This is Fine” meme. This inspired the idea of creating a poster with it, conveying the state of all Ukrainians – everything around may be falling apart, but “we endure”. Each of the one hundred posters is numbered and manually signed by the author.
