You can pay by bank card on the website if you have a Ukrainian card and are ordering delivery within Ukraine. For international orders, see the International delivery section below. If you run into any issues with payment, email us at shop@platfor.ma and we’ll help you complete your order.
Delivery within Ukraine
Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates. Tracking numbers are generated automatically, so please keep an eye on notifications from Nova Poshta. We ship orders within 1–4 business days, and delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1–3 days.
International delivery
International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta’s courier service. Shipping is calculated separately based on parcel size and destination, starting from 250 UAH. Payment for international orders is made via PayPal. Delivery takes 10–30 days depending on the destination.
